Acceptance of our Trading Terms & Conditions is required for all hire equipment .
50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking; this excludes customers who hold an account with Country Feasts.
All prices include GST.
All equipment not returned to Country Feasts including breakages will be charged at replacement costs.
Damage to any equipment excluding fair wear and tear will be charged to the individual/company hiring the equipment.
All overdue accounts will incur interest at 2% per month and collection costs.
A $45 delivery and $45 pickup charge will be incurred for hire euqipment if it is not in conjunction with a catering contract. There may be some exceptions. Please enquire when making your booking.
A delivery surcharge may apply on Public Holidays. Please ask if this applies to you.
Notification of a cancellation is required 7 days prior to pickup/delivery. Cancellation within 7 days of hire forfeits all right to a deposit refund unless used for a rebooking.
Please enquire about extra costs for hire outside the greater Christchurch area. These vary depending of location.
